These terms and conditions relating to DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUND (hereinafter referred as “Refund Policy”) describe and govern the DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUND for the content and services offered by GEM ASTRO WORLD through www.GEMASTROWORLD.com and / or its Mobile Application (hereinafter referred as “We” “GEM ASTRO WORLD” “us” “our” “GEM ASTRO WORLD application”, “Website”).

If you do not understand or agree with the Terms of Usage, please do not engage in business or services and / or buy products from us. The Website is offering “Free Services” and / or “Paid Services” (Collectively referred as “Services”). By exploring the website and availing services of GEM ASTRO WORLD, user agrees to:
• User agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate information about him/herself whenever GEM ASTRO WORLD seeks information for Horoscope Consulting Services
• To maintain and update the above information as required and submitted by you with the view to maintain the accuracy of the information being current and complete.
• The refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deduction of the transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway, to & fro cost of the shipping and/or courier charges (With regard to purchase of a product listed on the Website), customs duty (if levied) and/or any other charges that may have been incurred by the Website during processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.
• User understands that he / she shall use the GEM ASTRO WORLD consulting services via Phone or mobile app with Safe, Secure, Good quality, Strong signal and stable internet connection. It is the responsibility of Users to ensure that they are utilizing the services of GEM ASTRO WORLD with good quality Phone and Internet Connection. GEM ASTRO WORLD is in no way responsible for the quality or disruption of the chat or audio / video call due to poor quality cellular, broadband, fiber wi-fi network coverage and internet data at the User as well as Astrologer side.
• No refund shall be entertained after the consultation service provided via chat, audio call or video call services. No refund shall be entertained for the Chat, Audio Call or Video Call which are disconnected abruptly due to Internet Issues / Signal Issues at User and / or Astrologer side. GEM ASTRO WORLD does not take responsibility for the chat or audio call or video call which are interrupted / disconnected / non attention by user during the consultation and No refund will be entertained.
• In case the Website or Payment gateway’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:
In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that you do not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact the Website via contact us or customer care to confirm payment.
In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
• However even after the above precaution against the same order, the duplicate payment may be refunded after deducting any costs to GEM ASTRO WORLD that was linked with the transaction upon the request from the user genuinely.
• If there are orders that the Website is unable to accept and must cancel, the Website at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations may result in the order being cancelled and include, without limitation, non-availability of the service, inaccuracy, error in pricing information or other problems as identified. If the User’s order is cancelled after charges being paid against the said service, the said amount paid for appointment booking shall be refunded.
• No refund shall be processed on the services / orders of any appointments or reports under any circumstances if the order has reached the Astrologer and Astrologer starts his / her work on the service, preparation of reports etc. expending Astrologer’s time. The risk and liability of placing order in a haste and careless manner totally lies with the User and the Website is not responsible for any refund once the processing stage has started.
• No refund shall be processed once the Order has been placed and executed. However, if the User intends to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, or use of consulting services of GEM ASTRO WORLD, the User is required to contact us within 1 (one) hour of making the payment to support@gemastroworld.com gemastroworld@gmail.com , where after it is totally at the discretion of the Website whether to issue refund.
• Any technical delay or glitch reported in the GEM ASTRO WORLD Mobile App or Website during the processing of the request which includes generating reports by the Astrologer, shall not be eligible for claiming refund. The User agrees that the timelines are approximate and all essentials steps would be taken to adhere to the timelines as displayed.
• No refund shall be processed for the reason that in-correct information or data has been provided by website users. The User agrees to be careful while providing any information to the Website / to the astrologer and must re-check the information while providing to GEM ASTRO WORLD.
• No refund shall be processed for return of any delivered services.. The User undertakes and agrees that by ordering any services / reports as displayed on the Website, the User shall be fully responsible post its delivery.
• User / member / astrologer agree that the display picture for the Services listed for purchase by the User are for reference purpose only and the Website will try but cannot guarantee to deliver the consulting service ordered in an as-is condition as displayed on the Website. The User is advised to exercise discretion in such case and no refund shall be issued on such grounds.
• No refund shall be processed for providing a wrong contact number for the purpose of availing the Call with Astrologer. The User once opted for service must keep the Contact Number in full coverage area with good quality mobile signal and internet signal and must answer the call when received.
• Refund for any other reasons arising from time to time that are not listed above would be at the sole discretion of GEM ASTRO WORLD and user agrees to co-operate with GEM ASTRO WORLD. By using this website and / or mobile application user agrees that he/she consistently updates him / herself about the delivery, Cancellation and Refund policy.
• The services offered and the products sold are strictly not meant to replace, including but not limited to, any form of technical, philosophical, emotional or medical treatment. The Website holds no responsibility or liability whatsoever about the quality, reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology, by the goods and / or services represented and sold on the Website. The placing of order for buying such products or taking the services is solely on the discretion and will of the User and the Website does not have any responsibility upon the products sold. The User is advised to exercise discretion in such case and no refund shall be issued on such grounds.
• Any eligible refunds will be made only after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by GEM ASTRO WORLD in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
